Good for presentations, slow support

I bought the SlideDog Pro Annual plan a few weeks ago for work. The Presentation Playlist Manager and Seamless File Switcher features are really useful for my mixed-media presentations, especially combining PowerPoint and YouTube videos. Everything played smoothly during my conference, which was a relief. However, I had a small issue with the Remote Control App setup and it took nearly three days to get a response from customer support. While they eventually helped, the delay was a bit frustrating when I was on a tight schedule. Overall, the software itself is solid for what I need, but support could be faster.

Solid features, slow download

I recently purchased SlideDog Pro Lifetime after trying out the free version. The Presentation Playlist Manager and Seamless File Switcher features are really powerful for my work, letting me mix PDFs and videos without a hitch. However, the initial download and installation took longer than I expected, probably around 20 minutes on decent internet, which felt a bit drawn out. Once it was set up though, it's been really stable. The Remote Control App also works great. It's a good tool but could use a faster initial setup process.

Easy to use for presentations

I grabbed the SlideDog Pro Monthly plan last week for a presentation I had. It was super easy to get going, just downloaded it and everything pretty much worked. I liked how it handled all my different files, like some PowerPoints and a quick video, all in one go. Made the actual presentation much smoother, didn't have to fiddle around switching apps. Pretty good overall.

Really helped my presentation

I used SlideDog Pro Monthly for a big presentation last week and it was so much easier than juggling different programs. Everything just flowed. Definitely made me look more put-together.

Still my go-to for presentations

This isn't my first time getting SlideDog Pro; I've been a user for a few years now, upgrading from the annual plan to the Lifetime deal this time around. I originally started with the Free version, then moved to Pro for the Dual Screen Support and Live Audience Polling, which I use a lot for my training sessions. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. It handles everything from PDFs to Prezi files without a hitch, just like it always has. No real surprises this time, which is exactly what I want in a tool I rely on for important events. It's just a dependable Presentation Media Player that always delivers.

Solid Presentation Tool, Good Support

I purchased the SlideDog Pro Annual subscription a few weeks ago for work. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Delivery was instant since it's a software key. I had a small question about the Dual Screen Support feature, and customer support replied within a few hours with a clear explanation. The software itself is very robust; I integrated PowerPoint slides, a PDF, and a YouTube video into one seamless playlist. Playback was smooth, even with the 4K video I tested. The remote control app worked perfectly on my phone, which was a nice touch for walking around the room.

Good for mixed media

Bought SlideDog Pro Annual. Needed to combine PowerPoints and YouTube videos. It worked well. Download was quick, setup was straightforward. Made my last presentation less stressful.

Consistently reliable for presentations

I've been using SlideDog for years now, mostly the Pro Annual plan. This latest purchase, a renewal, was just as easy as before. I always come back because it's the only tool that truly handles all my different file types without a hitch. PowerPoint, Prezi, videos – it just works. I appreciate the consistency; I know what I'm getting every time. It saves me so much stress before big talks.
